Custom-made saddles are handcrafted to order. Depending on the complexity and current queue, production typically takes 8 to 12 weeks before shipping via insured freight.
What is your return policy for retail items?
We accept returns on most unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-stamped items are final sale.
